Our standard turnaround time is approximately 2 weeks after artwork approval and payment. Need your order sooner? Let us know — rush services may be available for an additional fee.

Do you offer rush orders?

Can I reorder previous designs?
Yes! We keep customer artwork and order history on file to make reordering quick and easy.
What decoration methods do you offer?
We offer screen printing, embroidery, DTF heat transfers, promotional products, and custom apparel solutions for businesses, brands, schools, events, and much more!
Do you offer design or artwork assistance?
Absolutely. Whether you have a finished logo or just an idea, our team can help prepare your artwork. We also offer logo vectorization and embroidery digitizing services for an additional fee.
Will I receive a proof before production?
Yes. A digital mockup or proof will be sent for approval before production begins.
What file types do you accept for artwork?
Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG are preferred for printing. For embroidery, we also accept DST files.
Can I provide my own garments?
Yes! Customer-supplied garments must be brand new and unwashed. We also recommend discussing your garments with our team beforehand to ensure compatibility with the decoration process.
What types of apparel can you print or embroider?
We decorate t-shirts, hoodies, polos, hats, workwear, uniforms, bags, and more.
How do I get a quote?
